Terms of Use
The short version. Be 18 or older. Only post shots you have the right to post. Respect the people in them. Don't use Noxi to encourage drinking or anything dangerous.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Noxi, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use Noxi
You must be at least 18 years old. You must give true information when you sign up. One person, one account.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Your content
You own the photos and videos you take. You give us permission to store them, process them, and show them to your group so Noxi can work. This permission ends when the content is deleted.
Only post content you have the right to post. Get permission before you photograph people outside your group.
What's not allowed
- Nudity or sexual content.
- Anyone under 18 in your shots.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate.
- Photos or videos of people who didn't agree to be in them.
- Encouraging heavy drinking, drug use, or dangerous dares.
- Anything illegal.
- Trying to hack, copy, or misuse the app.
You can report a shot or block a person at any time. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Your safety
Noxi is a social app, not a safety service. "I'm home" and other features don't replace calling for help. In an emergency, call 911. Never use Noxi while driving. Please drink responsibly.
Testing versions
Test versions of Noxi, including TestFlight builds, may have bugs or features that change or disappear.
Paid features
Noxi is free to use right now. If we offer Noxi+ later, prices and terms will appear before you pay. Apple will handle any payments.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers
Noxi is provided "as is". We don't promise the app will always work, be error-free, or deliver every alert on time.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
